Year 5 and Year 6 boys performed amazingly well at Withdean Athletics on Wednesday 22nd June. We competed against local schools from the Brighton & Hove area and managed to win lots of medals in different track and field events. Well done to everybody who took part!

Year Five - September 2021

Year 5 have been learning about the different functions of the brain and how this makes us learn best.  The children then planned and delivered some of their own lessons.  We learned about a range of things, including the history of Portugal, how to draw a parrot and how to perform a cartwheel!  They also learned about famous structures from Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome before constructing them from cardboard and other recycling materials.  Can you tell which famous structures we used as models?
